Seriate Capital was founded by Abhishek Jain, a renowned expert in the field of unclaimed assets, financial recovery, and legal advisory. With over 15 years of experience, Mr. Jain is widely regarded as a foremost legal authority on the laws governing unclaimed assets in India, including IEPF (Investor Education and Protection Fund), DEAF (Depositors Education and Awareness Fund), and other related areas. His deep expertise also spans Inheritance Laws, Corporate & Securities Laws, SEBI, RBI, and Income Tax, making him a trusted advisor in the recovery of unclaimed shares, investments, and assets.
Mr. Jain is a practicing Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with extensive post-qualification experience in equity research, business valuations, audit & assurance services, and management consultancy. He has worked with reputed hedge funds and portfolio management companies, providing him with invaluable experience and insights into the entire investment cycle—from deal origination and financial evaluation to due diligence, negotiation, and successful exits.
